Best AT&T phone deals in September 2023

Pixel 7a: $5/per month w/ unlimited @ AT&T
New and existing AT&T customers can get the new Pixel 7a for just $5 per month. (The phone normally costs $499). No trade-in is required, but you'll need an eligible unlimited data plan to get this deal. It also requires a 36-month payment plan. In our Google Pixel 7a review, we said it can do pretty much everything the Pixel 7 can and for $100 less.

Galaxy S23: free w/ trade-in @ AT&T
AT&T is offering the Galaxy S23 for free with trade-in. You'll also need an eligible 5G unlimited data plan. The S23 features a 6.1-inch AMOLED 2340 x 1080 display, 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 CPU, 8GB of RAM, and 128GB of storage. Rear cameras include a 50MP main, 12MP ultrawide, and 10MP telephoto (3x zoom) accompanied by a 12MP front camera. iPhone 14 Pro: free w/ trade-in + unlimited @ AT&T
New and existing AT&T customers can get the iPhone 14 Pro for free (up to $1,000 off) with trade-in. You'll also need to be signed up to one of AT&T's qualifying unlimited data plans.

iPhone 13: $10/month + unlimited @ AT&T
AT&T is offering new and existing customers the iPhone 13 for just $10.99/month. (No trade-in is required). You'll need to purchase your phone via a monthly installment plan and you'll also need to be signed up to an eligible unlimited data plan. 

iPhone SE (2022): $1/month w/ unlimited @ AT&T
AT&T is offering Apple's iPhone SE 2022 for $1.99/month (on a 36-month installment plan and with eligible unlimited data plan). The iPhone SE (2022) is powered by Apple's A15 Bionic chip, which is the same CPU powering the iPhone 13 line. Other new features include 5G connectivity and up to 15-hour battery life. Otherwise, it keeps the same 4.7-inch Retina HD display (1334 x 750), Touch ID support, 12MP wide/rear camera, and 7MP FaceTime camera. 

Google Pixel Fold: $25/month w/ unlimited @ AT&T
The Pixel Fold is Google's first foldable phone. Normally priced at $1,799, new and existing customers can get the phone for just $25 per month (over a 36-month installment plan) with eligible unlimited data plans. (No trade-in required). That amounts to $900 off the phone's full cost. 

Galaxy A54: $5/month w/ trade-in @ AT&T
Purchase your Galaxy A54 at AT&T and you'll pay just $5 per month after trade-in. (An eligible unlimited data plan is required). In our Samsung Galaxy A54 review, we said it offers solid battery life, a bright and colorful display, and an improved main camera that's great when the lights are low. The Galaxy Z Flip 4 is a fun foldable designed for content creators that don't want a traditional smartphone. In our Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 review, we called it a powerful phone that focuses on incremental improvements over its predecessor. AT&T | Unlimited Starter plan | $35/month with four lines: AT&Ts budget unlimited plan
AT&T's Unlimited Starter is the cheapest of AT&T's unlimited plans and a great choice for those on a budget. If you get a four-line family plan, you'll only have to pay $35/month per line; a single line costs $65 a month. You get unlimited data, texts and calls and unlimited texting from the US to more than 120 countries. However, you won't get any hotspotting data, and if AT&T's network is busy, your speeds can be slowed. You'll also find your streaming limited to SD.

AT&T | 16GB 12-month prepaid | $25/month - Great value prepaid on AT&T
This is an excellent price from AT&T's prepaid selection. It only costs $25 a month for 16GB of data, which for a limited time is double the 8GB AT&T usually offers. However, the catch here is that you have to pay the full value upfront — $300 to be precise. If you can afford to pay that in one go, this is AT&T's best value prepaid plan. While the prepaid plan doesn't offer 5G, you do get rollover data,  a mobile hotspot, HD video, and connectivity in Mexico and Canada.
