Purple offers free shipping on select purchases. You'll need to keep an eye out at the checkout to see whether you're saving. When buying a Purple mattress or base, you can opt for in-home setup alongside your delivery for an additional cost. The Purple Hybrid Premier mattress includes free in-home setup, whereas the Purple, Purple Plus, and Purple Hybrid mattress require $200 for in-home setup.
Can I get a Purple military discount?
Yes, active or retired members of the military, healthcare workers, first responders & even truckers can all get a one-time discount of 10% off a Purple order. To qualify and receive your unique Purple promo code, you'll just need to verify using a valid work or faculty email address.

What is the Purple return policy?
Purple gives you 100 days from the date of your mattress purchase (and 30 days from the date you bought your pillows or bedding) to return items to Purple if you're not happy. For any product with a 100-day return period, you will need to sleep on them for at least 30 nights before Purple will allow you to return the item. Returns are free and can be arranged by getting in touch with the Purple customer service team.

How to use Purple promo codes
1. Select one of our Purple promo codes you want to apply to your order.
2. Click "Get Code" to reveal your unique code and copy it to your clipboard for later.
3. Head over to the Purple website to start shopping, adding the items you want to your shopping cart as you go.
4. Once you have the item(s) you want, proceed to the view shopping cart dashboard.
5. Look below the pricing column (located on the right), to find a field labeled "Promo code."
